In case you want to return any goods to us please follow the steps outlined below:
Step 1:
Download the
form for return goods and complete the required fields.
Print and sign the form in the designated fields. Please note that only complete, correct and
signed forms can be accepted.
Step 2:
Return the completed and signed form to us

by post: planlicht GmbH & Co.KG, Fiecht Au 25, A-6130 Schwaz/Vomp
by email as attachement:
returns@planlicht.com
Step 3:
Your return request will be reviewed. If return of goods is acceptable you will receive
information stating return goods number and the administration fee.
Step 4:
Return goods together with the return goods form to:
planlicht GmbH & Co.KG, Fiecht Au 25, A-6130 Schwaz/Vomp.
Make return goods number is clearly visible on parcel.
Only parcels with carriage paid can be accepted.
Please note:
- Only undamaged and clean goods in their original packaging can be returned.
- No credit for custom made products (VS item numbers) and materials sold by metre
(
see General Terms & Conditions).
- Transport damages have to be reported immediately upon arrival.
- Wrong deliveries due to mistakes by planlicht will be accepted at our expense and
return transport will be arranged by planlicht.
