Aim of the job
- Taking responsibility for a profitable, sustainable sales development in the defined region and the support of existing customers / partners as well as the acquisition of new customers / partners.
- Leading and further developping the French Sales Team.
- Managing our Sales Agents, Wholesale and Installer Clients.
- Positioning of the brand planlicht in Ile de France Region.
- Setting out and execution of the strategy to profitable sales growth for France.
- Managing the French planlicht salesteam.
- Preparation of and participation in marketing activities such as trade fairs, workshops and customer events.
- Setting up a commercial plan and adequate budget and clear, ambitious goals.
- Detecting opportunities and sensing the needs of our Wholesale partners and Sales Agents. This requires a close follow up of the latest marketing trends.
- Focus on growing the business and increasing planlicht’s brand awareness.
- Actively engaging Architects/Lighting Designers/Electrical Designers/Wholesalers/Installers and securing projects
- 5 years experience in a commercial role in the lighting industry or a related sector.
- Structure, planning and organization as a part of your personality.
- Fluent in French and English, additional language skills are a benefit.
- Outgoing, dynamic and proactive sales person.
- Strong negotiator
- Proven track record in Team Leadership
