Your tasks
- Active support & advice for our customers with a focus on the international market
- Comprehensive order & project management: from enquiry to invoicing
- Interface between customers, sales field service and other internal departments such as logistics, production, etc.
- Collaboration in ongoing process optimisation and quality management
- Maintaining and updating customer data in the ERP system
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Experience in internal sales, ideally in an international environment
- Business fluent in written and spoken English (other foreign languages an advantage)
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Technical understanding & affinity for technology
- Independent, structured way of working and team spirit
- Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with ERP/CRM systems
