Lisa's day-to-day work as Head of Customer Support is varied and characterised by direct contact with customers. As the central point of contact for their needs, she and her team help to turn wishes into reality. customised solutions implement. Their primary goal is to provide customers with a consistently pleasant experience - from the quotation stage to order receipt and after-sales service.

For Lisa, the personal support that characterises PLANLICHT is particularly valuable. A well-rehearsed team is on hand to support customers: the colleagues in the field, the Project & Sales Managers, work hand in hand with the office team, which consists of Customer Support, Lighting Planning and Technical Support. Together, they ensure that customers are always Optimum support for their lighting projects.

Lisa describes light as a emotional and versatile dimension, that gives expression. For her, PLANLICHT stands for quality, sustainability, partnership and cohesion. The best thing about her job is the certainty that she can count on her colleagues and support each other. She particularly enjoys looking at her favourite luminaire, the “halo” ring luminaire, which is both timeless and versatile and is of course also on display in the PLANLICHT showroom at the headquarters in Vomp.

Training with prospects: Lisa's path from trainee to head of department

As a former trainee at PLANLICHT, Lisa looks back with pleasure on her apprenticeship, which not only significantly shaped her professional development, but also sparked her passion for light.

„The respectful and informal atmosphere in the team has left a lasting impression on me. Through the Job rotation system, which accompanied us during our training, I was able to gain valuable insights into various departments and gather important knowledge,“ Lisa recalls.

Today, in the midst of her impressive career and with a proud 16 years with the company, she encourages apprentices and anyone who wants to become one to actively seize opportunities, because a lot can be achieved with commitment and determination.
