Manuel comes from Vomp and is deeply rooted in Tyrol - at the same time, he is open and curious about the world. After more than 25 years as a restaurant specialist on the international stage, it was clear to him that it was time for a new challenge - both professionally and personally. This is how his path led him to PLANLICHT.

His working day starts early: checking emails, getting an overview, coordinating with the team - and then the day takes its course. Spontaneous changes, delivery deadlines or material bottlenecks are part of everyday life. For Manuel, one thing is clear: „It's important to stay calm, communicate clearly and find solutions together. No two days are the same - and that's what makes it interesting.“
