Beatrice describes light as life, function and emotion. For her, PLANLICHT not only stands for high-quality architectural lighting solutions from regional production, but also for working in a family environment that feels like working with friends.

The variety of her tasks - from creating extensive catalogues for PLANLICHT or one of the premium brands to the day-to-day business - is the best thing about her job. As the company launches product innovations on the market several times a year, the Launch communication is also an important responsibility in the marketing department.

With her many years of experience as a trained graphic designer, Beatrice brings her creativity to the Design of communication materials and other marketing projects. The alternation between long-term projects and short-term tasks, such as internal communication and the co-organisation of internal events such as the Christmas party, keeps her working day varied and exciting.

Digitalisation - which is also omnipresent in marketing, communication and graphics - has changed some processes, but that doesn't make her job any less inspiring.

Flexibility and team spirit: Beatrice's balance between job and family

Beatrice has been part of the PLANLICHT team for 15 years, interrupted by a two-year maternity leave. As the mother of a daughter, she particularly appreciates the flexibility that PLANLICHT offers her to reconcile work and family life. „I think it's great that I can combine my job as a graphic designer with my role as a mum“, explains Beatrice. The exceptionally good working atmosphere and the well-coordinated marketing team make it easier for her to straddle both worlds.


Her day-to-day work is guided by a clear goal: „I want to push the sales of our premium products by designing appealing and informative communication packages that take specific market requirements into account,“ explains Beatrice, who works at PLANLICHT on a daily basis. creative solutions works. She particularly enjoys staging her current favourite light: the „sinus“ ring light, which for Beatrice embodies the perfect combination of design and functionality.
