Johanna has been part of the PLANLICHT team since December 2023 - as a Accountant and team leader. With her warm, open manner, a keen eye for figures and a lot of patience, she enriches our finance team - and also trains the next generation: our apprentices. She takes great pleasure in passing on her knowledge and supporting young people on their way.

PLANLICHT stands for Innovation and good cooperation - and you can feel this togetherness in her every sentence. After working in the corporate environment and in medium-sized companies, she made a conscious decision to join the Tyrolean family business:

She wanted to return to a place where people matter - where you are not just a number, but are recognised as a person. With her positive nature and openness, Johanna quickly recognised what makes working in the family business so special: „You meet at eye level - regardless of position or department. Communication here is more direct, uncomplicated and, above all, human.“

She likes the mix in her day-to-day work: Accounting, bank & cash desk, and co-operation with other departments. Even though she comes from an accounting background, she is definitely not a dry number cruncher. This is also reflected in her enthusiasm for good design: Her favourite product? The p.bright. „It's minimalist, efficient, no-frills - and therefore simply timeless. Exactly my style.“

Her personal conclusion after more than a year at PLANLICHT: „I have not only found new professional challenges here, but also a great team that has allowed me to grow - both professionally and personally. Here's to many more years!“
