Laura Mutschlechner's apprenticeship as an office administrator at PLANLICHT offers numerous opportunities for personal and professional development. Since starting around two years ago, she has taken advantage of the wide spectrum of experience and learning opportunities and has purposefully applied her individual strengths.

For Laura, cohesion, growth, and community are particularly central at PLANLICHT. The Family-friendly work environment This is of particular importance to her: Here, she can rely on the support of her colleagues and will be individually encouraged. 

In this team, she has the opportunity to regularly prove and continuously expand her skills. Laura highlights: „I am happy to work for a family business where I can repeatedly prove and develop my skills.“

 

Varied working day thanks to the rotation system

Laura's apprenticeship at PLANLICHT is characterised by versatility and variety. Her daily work is particularly diverse thanks to the company-wide rotation system: in the mornings, she currently works in the accounting department, where she handles tasks such as processing invoices and dealing with mail. This gives her valuable insight into the company's administrative processes. In the afternoons, Laura moves to logistics and supports the team with order picking and factory logistics. She particularly appreciates this variety between different areas of responsibility. She emphasises: „Every day is different – you won't learn that from any book.“ The variety of activities ensures that it never becomes monotonous and that they can continuously face new challenges.

Through the Rotation system Laura was able to quickly discover which areas she is particularly good at. Her favourite is clearly accounting, in which she wants to continue to develop and specifically deepen her expertise in the future.

Learning beyond the technical

During her time at PLANLICHT, Laura not only gained professional expertise but also benefited greatly from personal development. She describes herself today as significantly more open and confident than at the start of her training. In her day-to-day work, she particularly applies her strengths such as teamwork, reliability, and accuracy, and benefits daily from her development.


Laura finds the support she receives during her apprenticeship to be extremely positive: she appreciates having clear points of contact, regular feedback, and open communication. This encourages her to ask questions at any time. „You needn't be shy about asking questions. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and very accommodating.“

For Laura, PLANLICHT primarily stands for growth – both professionally and personally. She is particularly enthusiastic about the halo ring light, her favourite light from the company, which impresses with its simple and elegant design: minimalist yet effective.

Looking ahead, Laura has clear goals: in two to three years, she aims to be a permanent member of the PLANLICHT accounting team. She looks forward with great confidence to the coming years, full of valuable experiences, and says: „I am looking forward to many more years of valuable experiences.“
